With a family history of over 60 years in construction originating in Montenegro, Frank Gocaj founded his own firm, HI Construction in New York City in 2001. With beginnings in commercial construction, his company has grown into servicing the high-end residential construction market. His approach begins with setting up a clear and direct foundation of communication between client, designer and crew. From there his passion to please becomes his mission. Frank focuses not only on the overall scope of the project but also on the small details of the work. His eye for detail demands the highest standard of workmanship with satisfied clients as a result.
